June 23rd, 2012: June is always such a busy month! Actually since early May I think I’ve taken about 4 afternoons to relax and I’ve been fishing twice and we won’t really get any kind of break until late July. I’m excited that our daughter, Jordan will be here in about a week, it’s been far too long since I’ve seen her but we’ve been talking with her regularly and she’s doing well and having fun.
We’ve had a lot of groups come and go already this season and a bunch of them have said that this has been their best trip ever! The weather has not always cooperated this season but every time we get a few days of good weather, the fishing really picks up and we get a ton of trophies! The guests at both outpost camps have had very good success and the Brook Trout fishing has been excellent except for one or two days!
