May 26, 2008: Quick update, the ice is completely gone off Joint Lake and Aswap Lake and now we just have one sheet of ice left on Bolton Lake, but that won’t last much longer and we can get around it to access the rest of the lake. It’s been a bit cool and windy yesterday and today, but the rest of the week is looking great! As of yesterday the guys at Aswap Lake had 16 trophies in only 2 days of fishing, Bolton and Joint are taking a bit longer to warm up because of the size and depth of the lakes but we have about 10 trophies at Bolton so far and I believe they got a couple at Joint Lake last week.
